Our team participated in the CAP ID3-B 2024 Nucleic Acid Amplification, Respiratory Limited panel which included tests for Influenza A, Influenza B, RSV, and SARS-CoV-2. We are thrilled to report that all four items received a rating of “Good”, with a total score of 20/20, resulting in a ‘Satisfactory’ evaluation based on the data submitted through our laboratory operations and evaluated by CAP’s official statistics.

Assay:
- VitaPCR™ Influenza/SARS-CoV-2(Flu/SC2) Assay (PCRAE0128)
- VitaPCR™ Flu/RSV Assay (PCRAE0106)
- Allow specimens to warm to room temperature and vortex for 5-10 seconds.
- Transfer 4 μL of specimens into SCB-A buffer for dilution and gentle inversion.
- Transfer 30μL of diluted specimen into VitaPCR™ reaction tube and perform the assay according to the package insert.
